, en donde se me solicitó que hablase sobre cuáles son los signos zodiacales con mayor inteligencia emocional. Aclaro, no soy experta en Astrología, pero acepté la invitación para compartir mi opinión al respecto. Ahora bien, para no repetir como un loro, lo que los oyentes podrían conseguir en cualquier revista, periódico o red social; procedí a explicar los aspectos vinculados a este interesante aspecto; así que en primer lugar definí elementos de carácter astrológico para luego entrar en materia psicológica, conceptuando qué es la Inteligencia Emocional y cuáles son sus indicadores, para después entrelazar ambos bloques de conocimientos. En primer lugar ofrecí las siguientes definiciones:- CARTA NATAL: Es un mapa estelar, o sea, una representación gráfica de la posición de los planetas al momento del nacimiento de la persona. Incluye la posición del Sol, los planetas, las constelaciones y la Luna en determinado momento, y por ende de los SIGNOS ZODIACALES; y esta representación ocurre desde la posición geográfica y hora en donde se produce el nacimiento.
CARTA ASTRAL: También es un mapa estelar, pero esta vez con respecto a lapso de tiempo determinado, por ejemplo, la carta astral para el año 2022.
SIGNOS ZODIACALES: Es un término cuyo origen o etimología proviene del griego "zoodiakos" que significa básicamente "rueda de los animales", corresponde a cada una de las 12 áreas en que se divide la esfera celeste; que es una representación gráfica y conceptual del cielo que es visible desde el planeta, el cual plasma el movimiento de los cuerpos celestes desde la perspectiva de la persona. Esta representación permite determinar la ubicación y dirección exactas en la que los astros se movilizan a través del espacio; de allí también que surja la palabra HORÓSCOPO, que deriva de los vocablos griegos, “horos” (hora) y “skope” (mirar, observar).
SIGNO SOLAR: Corresponde al signo del zodiaco en el que se encuentra el Sol, el astro rey al momento del nacimiento de un individuo, definiendo las características esenciales o el “yo” de la persona.
SIGNO LUNAR: Está definido por la Luna en la Carta Natal y se vincula con la manera en que gestionamos las emociones, es decir, cómo las expresamos y cómo reaccionamos ante los estímulos naturales. Es un signo muy variable, porque la Luna se moviliza diariamente.
SIGNO ASCENDENTE: Es el signo del Zodiaco que se levanta por el horizonte de la persona al momento de su nacimiento. Este implica cómo nos expresaremos y comportaremos ante el mundo, razón por la cual es muy importante, tanto o más que el signo solar. A veces ocurre que las personas tienen un ascendente opuesto a su signo solar, y por eso no se identifican con este, sino con el signo ascendente. Cuando hay coincidencia de ambos, se habla de que la persona tiene un signo puro.
CASAS ASTROLÓGICAS: Para que los mapas estelares astrológicos sean más comprensibles, se divide la Esfera o Bóveda celeste en porciones iguales, siendo conocidas como CASAS ASTROLÓGICAS, que son las representaciones simbólicas de las distintas áreas de la vida del ser humano. Son importantes, porque están claramente definidas y si un planeta se encuentra en cierta y determinada casa (equivalente a un área de la naturaleza y actividad humana), así transmitirá o manifestará su energía en dicho aspecto. Las Casas Astrológicas son doce y tienen correspondencia con los signos zodiacales, siendo estas, (con ubicación, nombre, signo zodiacal y elemento), las siguientes:

¿Y POR QUÉ LOS CUERPOS CELESTES O ASTROS INCIDEN EN LOS RASGOS Y PERSONALIDAD DE LAS PERSONAS?
Porque los astros son cuerpos físicos con una gran masa y volumen. Siendo así, generarán fuerzas físicas de diversa índole, como por ejemplo, de atracción, de gravedad, y modificarán el espacio tiempo, entre otras dimensiones físicas. Esto ha sido probado por la FÍSICA CUÁNTICA.
- Sorpresa.
- Asco.
- Tristeza.
- Ira.
- Miedo.
- Alegría y/o felicidad.
LA INTELIGENCIA INTRAPERSONAL, se refiere a la capacidad de formarse un modelo preciso de sí mismo y de utilizarlo de forma adecuada para interactuar de forma efectiva a lo largo de la vida.
LA INTELIGENCIA INTERPERSONAL y esta es la capacidad de entender a otras personas y trabajar con ellas. Funciona de la siguiente forma: Se observa a los demás, se intenta comprenderlos y se trata de buscar la mejor forma de relacionarse productivamente con ellos.
¿CUÁLES SON LOS INDICADORES DE UN BUEN NIVEL DE INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL?
Conocer las propias emociones o conciencia emocional: Que no es más que tener conciencia de las propias emociones y dominarlas, lo que se vincula con el autocontrol; una herramienta muy importante para ello es tener un buen vocabulario, que permita la identificación y conceptualización de cada emoción.
Manejar las emociones: Implica mantener las emociones que pueden afectarnos bajo control, de manera tal que exista equilibrio y el bienestar emocional. Tal equilibrio implica que no existan ni emociones excesivamente controladas o demasiado incontroladas.
Automotivación: La motivación es gran propulsor de inteligencia emocional; siendo necesaria una capacidad de gestión de los impulsos, así como ser optimista.
Reconocimiento de las emociones ajenas, que no es otra cosa que tener empatía, y esta es la capacidad que favorece el reconocimiento efectivo de las emociones de los otros, permitiendo establecer una conexión con el otro, manifestando así la inteligencia emocional.
Establecer relaciones: Es un proceso complejo en donde la calidad de las emociones compartidas es algo primario. De esta forma las personas tienden a buscar con fines de vincularse, aquellas personas que son alegres y que expresan emociones positivas, y tratan de evadir a quienes son depresivos, tristes o iracundos.
Al exteriorizar o tener todos estos indicadores el individuo evidencia un buen nivel de inteligencia emocional, permitiéndole mantener su posición en situaciones difíciles además de ser coherente, es decir, actuará en función a lo que piensa y dice, manteniendo sus principios y valores.
¿CUÁLES SON LOS SIGNOS QUE TIENEN MAYOR NIVEL DE INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL?
Acuario: Porque es muy inteligente en términos generales, lo cualidad que le permite analizar las situaciones profundamente, desestructurar los problemas, identificar los nudos críticos de una situación negativa y actuar en consecuencia a ello, encontrando la solución, lo cual transmite a su interlocutor. Además, a Acuario le gusta oír y se interesa a los demás, porque sabe que podrá aprender algo de cada persona a la cual oye, y esto es muy importante en lo que se refiere a inteligencia emocional, ya que a la gente le gusta ser oída y comprendida.
Escorpio: Porque siendo signo de agua sus nativos son muy intuitivos. Asimismo combinan esta capacidad con la prudencia que les es natural, pudiendo tener un panorama objetivo y amplio de las situaciones y las personas, además, son de trato agradable.
Virgo: Es un signo observador y analítico, teniendo la capacidad de comprender a la naturaleza humana a profundidad, pudiéndoles comprender con antelación, y pueden saber cómo dirigirse a cada quién.
Géminis: Siendo un signo cuyo regente es Mercurio el planeta de la comunicación, puede saber comunicar emociones positivas, lo que facilita que sea emocionalmente inteligente.
Cáncer: Por ser también signo de agua esto le hace intuitivo, sumado a ello está su interés por proteger a los demás. Adicionalmente es muy capaz de ordenar y analizar información. Ambos aspectos conjugados le permiten ser inteligente emocionalmente. En detrimento, puede tener un sesgo en sus juicios debido al gran nivel de subjetividad propio de su naturaleza.
