Hello People,
Welcome to my blog today I have made a very healthy dish, rich in protein, carbs and fibre. As the dish is very tasty and purely vegan, I would like to participate in the Week#2 of Plant Power Cooking Challenge. So without further delay, let's have a look at the dish.
Gram Flour Pancake with Lentil Soup.

The dish is a combination of two dishes, wherein pancakes acts as a filling part of the dish that is high on carbs and fibre. On the other hand the lentil soup is not just a soup but lentils are very high on protein. Let us have a look at the,
Ingredients:-

- Gram Flour - 2 cups.
- Finely Chopped Onions.
- Yellow Lentils - 1 cup.
- Salt, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder.
So the dish is divided into two parts:
At first, take the lentils in a pressure cooker.

Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.

Also add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.

Now close the lid and cook until one whistle.

The lentils are cooked now it is time to add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.

The lentils are ready to serve, now let's get onto the next part.

Take 2 cups gram flour, add 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder and 1 cup of water.

Add finely chopped onions.

Mix it well to get a semi thick fluid base for pancake.

Now, take a pan and pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Spread the mix evenly in the pan and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Now flip the pancake to cook the other side of it.
