Hello people,
Welcome to my blog today I have prepared a very healthy dish, it is one of the most common dish in the whole world. This is normally prepared in different manners in different countries. So without further wait let me show you what I have prepared :
Tomato Soup!!

I Know, I Know it is very easy to make, but hey!! ingredients will tell you everything what goes into the slurrpy delicious and healthy soup. This does not only helps to satisfy the appetite but it also helps in shedding weight. As I have mentioned in my past blogs I have been on weight loss spree, so I have replaced the ingredients with some exclusive fusion of amazing things. Let's have a look.
Ingredients :

- Tomatoes - 6 to 8.
- Beetroot - 1.
- Carrots - 2 to 3.
- Salt to taste.
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp.
- I have also used Onions but forgot to add in the image. Apologies!!
The process.
Roughly chop Onions, Tomatoes and other veggies. Tomatoes and other veggies will be shown ahead in the making.

Take a pressure cooker and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic. You can also add garlic powder.

Now add Onions to fry.

Time to add tomatoes and other veggies, I have chopped them directly into the pressure cooker.

Add Salt to taste.

Now, add 2 cups of water.

Remember you don't have to fill the whole with water.

Now close the lid and cook until 3 whistles.

Halfway done, It is now boiled and ready for the next step.

Take the mix out and put it in a grinder.

Grind it to make a paste.

This is very important, take the paste out and strain the soup out of the mix back into the pressure cooker.

The soup is ready for another boil, add 1 cup of water to increase the quantity, only if needed.

Also add black pepper powder.

Now is the main part, add one teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar per bowl. So if you have made two bowls of soup, add 2 tsp of ACvinegar. On high flame bring it to boil and it is ready!!

The delicious red blood is ready :-P !!
