I will make ice from watermelon, rambutan and I will also add soda to make the ice taste fresh.
This ice is very fresh, the sweet and fresh rambutan fruit plus watermelon and soda will make the ice an option for dealing with extreme hot weather.
The ingredients I used to make this fresh ice are :
watermelon (I use only 1/2 part, because the size is quite large, about 3.6 kilograms)
rambutan fruit
soft drink / soda 1 small bottle (390 mL content)
700 mL ice water
ice cubes to taste
1 lime
we also need a large bowl with a volume of 3 liters or any container to make the ice.
How to make:
1.pour ice water into a bowl
2.add ice cubes to the bowl
3.add softdrink/soda to the bowl
4.cut the lime into several parts, remove the seeds, squeeze out some of the juice and the other part we don't squeeze the water, put the lime slices in a bowl, I don't peel the skin so that the freshness is more pronounced
5.peel the skin of the rambutan fruit so that we can find the white and sweet fruit. Inside the rambutan fruit there are seeds, but I didn't remove the seeds, put the fresh rambutan fruit in a bowl
6.cut the watermelon into 2 parts, I only used 1/2 part, then scrape the inside, I only use a tablespoon to take the watermelon flesh.

Fresh watermelon ice is ready to be enjoyed, the freshness makes us addicted, until the children scramble. Besides being delicious, this watermelon iced fruit is also rich in vitamins and minerals, because of the sweet taste of watermelon and rambutan, plus soft drinks, we don't need to add sugar.
