You prepare a kilo of nice orange coloured carrots and then wash and peel them.

Prepare a medium sized baking tray in which you line with foil.
Then you arrange the products for your convenience in the preparation which are
salt
black pepper
rosemary
these are the spices with which we will season our carrots
then you put a spoon of olive oil and a spoon of honey
you prepare one head of garlic and leave to the side
Cut the carrots into cubes or whatever shape you like best.
I think that in this form I would like them best
Cut the garlic into small sweet pieces.
Then you add all the ingredients and stir until the consistency of each carrot is spread.
In a preheated oven at 200 degrees you wrap the carrots with foil in the tray to steam bake at 200 degrees for 30 35 minutes and then remove the foil .
Leave for another 5 minutes without foil and then leave to cool.
