Today, I am going to share a very common and very delicious recipe of Bangladesh called Piaju, whichis mde with tons of onions and gram flour or all puroose flour with some spices.
Required Ingredients
- Chopped onions
- All purpose wheat flour or gram flour
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- Salt
- Green chillies
- Cumin powder
- Red chilli powder
- Water
Steps
Firstly, you have to mixed the ingredient properly by adding some water. Try to use less water as deep frying will take longer with more water portion in it.
At second steps, put enough oil in a frying pan and let it to be heated properly. When oil is properly heated, make some cake like shape with the prepared molt and throw gently to the heated oil. Wait until it is cooked properly. Generally it takes 25-35 minutes depends on the thickne of the pieces.
Finally put them out from the pan and enjoyhe cranchy and mouth soothing taste of Bangladeshi Piaju.....
