PAKAWDA RECIPE
There are hundreds of delicious foods in the world, each with a unique taste and variety. Food is one of the most well-known attractions for people, and life would be nearly impossible without it. When the month of Ramadan brings a delicious variety of foods, foods become more popular. This month is special for Muslims because they fast and refrain from eating and drinking from dark morning until sunset. During this month, people eat more special foods because they are hungry all day and their hearts yearn for good foods and other drinks to quench their thirst.

In today's post, I'm going to share a recipe for PAKAWDA, which is a popular Asian dish made in Pakistan. During Ramadan, it is nearly impossible to eat dinner without PAKAWDA, which is the most delicious food. This recipe is prepared in a variety of ways, each of which is based on a different tradition. Most people fry this food, which makes it more fatty and unhealthy. That is why I am bringing you another method of cooking that is both healthy and tasty. Pakawda is a food that consists of onions, potatoes, gramme flour, baking soda, and other spicy ingredients that are further described below.
Some of the ingredients required for the preparation of this food are as follows:

INGREDIENTS
- Chickpea flour, also known as gramme flour.
- Cooking oil
- You'll need two or three onions.
- Two or three potatoes are required.
- Five to 6 green chilies are required for the spicy flavour.
- Kasuri Methi is a national dish.
- Coriander is a herb.
- Salt, red chilli powder, and green masala
- And a baking powder

COOKING METHOD
The cooking method is very simple, and an oven is required. People used to cook this food by frying it in a large pot, but I use a different method that is better for a healthy diet. First, cut the onions and potatoes into small pieces and thoroughly wash them. In a separate pot, cut the green chilli and Green Masala into small pieces for the mixture. Take the small onion pieces and combine them with the green masala, coriander, red chilli, salt, and green chilli.

When all of the ingredients have been thoroughly combined, add the gramme flour and baking powder. Now, add a small amount of cooking oil and thoroughly mix them together. Mix until all of the ingredients are completely dissolved. Finally, place the small pieces of prepared Pakawda on the oven plate that has been covered with aluminium foil, as shown in the photo. Bake for about 15 minutes, checking frequently, until the colour changes to brownish.

Our delectable PAKAWADA is ready to be served. This is a new method of cooking this food, and I hope you and your friend enjoy the recipe and method. It tastes fantastic, especially when paired with Tamarind sauce. I hope you will try this recipe because it is very simple and inexpensive.
