Gooday folks.
A couple of days ago i made a raw Hummus.
Ingredients
- Sprouted Mung beans
- Sprouted Chick Peas
- 1 clove garlic
- Himalyan salt
- Cumin
- Turmeric
*Freshly ground black pepper - 1 very small freshly harvested zuchini
- 1 small carrot
- Home made pear vinegar
- Tahini
Instructions
Using a food processor, blend togather Mung Beans, Chick Peas, garlic and carrot, gradually adding Zuchini, tahini and vinegar until very smooth. Add spices and process again until mixed thoroughly.
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Serving Suggestions
1 Add a thick layer to rice cakes, top with thin slice of Zuchini and serve with olives.
2 Spread a thin layer of whole grain mustard onto rice cracker before adding the raw hummus.
Serve with fresh green salad (with dressing) and homemade sauerkraut.
