Every so often when I am with a friend of mine we try our hand at the kitchen especially we try to prepare desserts.
This time we tried to make typical German biscuits practically almond and marzipan bars.
As a first step you have to take some fridge marzipan that they sell in several shops, and grate it in a bowl, then add 75 grams of sifted icing sugar 8 G of corn starch a medium egg white and 25 g of flour of almonds the one without peel.
mix everything with an electric whisk until you get a very sticky dough, put the dough inside a posh bag and cut out a hole as wide as a middle finger, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sticks of about 5 cm.
Sprinkle the surface of these biscuits with slices of almond, Bake in the oven at 160 degrees ventilated for about 15 minutes the biscuits should be slightly golden on top but you have to be careful not to burn them underneath.
When the biscuits are totally cold you can soak them on both sides with the milk chocolate coating and just wait for everything to solidify and then eat them when they are cooled.
