Having dinner with my son, Jack and his wife Les
I am so very blessed that my son and daughter look after me like this. Since my other two are in S Africa at the moment, they are really spoiling me.
Les has brought in some product from the UK called Colostem for me. She already has me on Colostrum which has really helped my bones and my arthritis - and this new product is going to make me young again - yay.
Amazing products
So, with Eden, my daughter's instructions and advice to start walking again, and the suggestion of a place to walk safely just below where my apartment is, I came across this gem of a little Hotel. Who would have thought that barely 100 metres from my apartment I would find this hotel. Best news is that it has a swimming pool and if you have a meal there they allow you to swim.

When I go there again, I will take some more photographs of the pool area.
If you just feel like a drink you can pay 5 euros to use the pool.
This was truly a godsend for me because I really enjoy cooling down in the pool and doing some water exercises.

Dinner consisted of Calamari and chips or barbecued ribs. As I don't eat pork they kindly substituted a chicken wrap for me. All served with salad.
Dessert was some very nice but very sweet biscuits drenched in syrup and some grapes and pears.
All in all a very satisfactory meal.
I will definitely be going there often - bad news is that they are closing at the end of September and only opening again in April next year. Wish I had discovered them when I first moved in to my apartment early in August.
