Here's another recipe that i want to share with you. I baked an orange cake. This cake I tasted on a friend’s birthday. I enjoy the cake because it really smells orange. I asked my friend where she bought it. And she told me they just did. I asked her recipe but she said it's easy just real orange fruit flavor with the skin. I was amazed by her answer that even orange peel is included in the flavor. So I thought of baking a cake just for my curiosity and to prove that it can be flavored with orange peel. Aside from my curiosity I like the cake because it’s healthy. And if we talk about healthy, healthy snack and healthy foods I become more interested. You know why? Because I am a mother who manage the kitchen of the house. And the welfare of the family is always on my mind especially when it comes to our health.
And also we know that orange has great benefits to our health. And Orange is rich in vitamin C and has the ability to help the skin maintain its youthful appearance for a long time.
Anyway let's start to prepare all the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
1 orange
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup milk
PROCEDURE
Slice the orange in small size.
Prepare the blender and blend together the egg, oil, sugar and orange and blend until smooth.
And transfer it to the mixing bowl.
Strain the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda directly into the mixing bowl where the blended ingredients are placed. And mix well until smooth.
Add the milk gradually. And mix until smooth.
Prepare 7 inch mold and grease oil and put baking paper.
Pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 35 to 40 minutes.
FINISHED PRODUCT
