Hope everybody is doing great and living healthy. Here’s a crispy sweet potato bichu-bichu recipe I made this afternoon and we shared with the whole family.
Earlier I went to the market because I knew that during holy week many people sell bananas, camote, ube and sago. And when I was there I first saw so many sweet potatoes displayed on the table and even side of the aisle. . So I bought right away because it was cheap. And because of the cheapness I bought a lot of sweet potatoes and certainly many and varied I can cook made of sweet potatoes. And we know that it is good for our health. It is very common here in our province but very nutritious snacks as i ever know.
And because I have a lot of sweet potatoes I split it up to cook today and for tomorrow. And let's start preparing our ingredients and it's easy to do.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato
Brown sugar
All purpose flour
Water
Oil for fry
PROCEDURE
Peel all the sweet potato and wash. And grate it.
In a mixing bowl put the grated sweet potato, sugar, all purpose flour, water and mix until smooth. Set aside.
In a hot pan put oil and take a small amount of mixture and put into the hot oil and flatten and cook until golden brown. And serve.
**FINISHED PRODUCT **
Here's my crispy sweet potato bichu-bichu. It's yummy and best partner in hot coffee.
