Call it the name (Mie Goreng Aceh), the main ingredient for making Aceh noodles is the same as noodles in general, which is made from flour so that it becomes noodles.
Named Mie Aceh because it comes from the Aceh area and is also one of the typical dishes of the Aceh region. In Indonesia, Aceh noodles have been known for a long time, even now the name Aceh noodles has been known to the world.
On this occasion I will share a recipe for how to cook Aceh Fried Noodles.
Basic Ingredients to prepare:
- 200 grams of noodles yellow/flour noodles wet.
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 3 red onions thinly sliced
- 1 chopped tomato small
- Enough water
- 3 tablespoons of seasoning flavor
- 50 grams of sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- cooking vinegar sufficiently
- 4 tablespoons of oil fry
- 1 scallion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon onion fry.
Ground spices
- 6 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 pieces of red chili
- 1 cardamom
- 2 cm of roasted turmeric
- White pepper powder to taste
How to make:
- The first step puree all the spices with a blender
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the onion and garlic. Sauté with the ground spices until fragrant, then add the chicken meat and mix well, if the meat has changed color then the stir fry is done.
- Add tomatoes and bean sprouts, cook until wilted then add salt, sweet soy sauce, vinegar, flavoring and sugar.
- Enter the noodles and spring onions, stir briefly until well blended, then ready to serve.
