π₯ Fresh Cucumber & Tomato Salad β A Kidney-Friendly Refreshment
Taking care of your health starts with what you eat, and today Iβm sharing a simple, refreshing, and kidney-friendly salad you can prepare in minutes.
π± Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers (sliced)
cherry tomatoes (Neatly sliced Half)
Β½ medium red onion (thinly sliced)
Fresh basil or parsley (Neatly sliced)
1β2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of Β½ lemon (or apple cider vinegar)
A pinch of salt (optional)
Black pepper to taste
π₯£ Preparation:
Steps to Prepare:
- Wash and slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion in a mixing bowl.
- Tear or chop the fresh basil/parsley and add it.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add a light pinch of salt and black pepper.
Toss gently until everything is well mixed.
Cook on low heat for '5' minutes
Add seasoning cube to the cooking mixture and other spice ( Optional)
Serve hot or cold (preferable)
NOTE: The way of the sliced veggies depends on the out-look of the meal
