Sus pasteles se hacen con ingredientes como frutos secos y miel de la cultura árabe, mantequilla de la francesa, manzanas de la inglesa y huevos de la española.
The El Cobre patisserie is the best confectionery bakery hundreds of kilometres away. Located in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city of Algeciras, it mixes the cultures that have passed through here. Their cakes are made with ingredients such as nuts and honey from the Arabic culture, butter from the French, apples from the English and eggs from the Spanish.
