Hallo! I am not entirely sure what I would call this dish, but it was amazingly amazing!
This was a mix of a lot of stuff I had in my fridge, since I SOMETIMES prep a few days ahead xD
I had chopped some Bok Choy and threw 1 handful in a pan with Garlic and Onion to start. I also took some Frozen Greens, around 100g of Frozen beans.
For carbs and protein, I guess, I add in some Small Brown Beans(?) I dont know what they are called xD
When all of it was almost done, I threw in a handful of Cucumber, Carrot and some Cherry Tomatoes
When everything was done I add in my Mustard, Mayo and Maple Sauce
I tried playing around with some different angles this time around. Not entirely sold on it to be far xD
