Recipe for 4 pizzas of 8 units
Ingredients🍕
Salt
500gr self-rising flour
A glass of water
A teaspoon of yeast
Half a kilo of Mozzarella cheese
Ham
For the sauce
9 medium tomatoes
One medium round onion
1 handful of oregano
1 pinch of Pepper
5 basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 pinch of salt
Preparation🍕
1.- Preheat the oven to maximum temperature
2.- Place the tomatoes in a pot to boil for 5min, then when they are ready we let them rest until they cool and we can blend together with the onion, once blended we throw it back into the pot and add the pepper, salt, oregano, Crush the garlic and add the basil, the olive oil and the sugar and start to stir over low heat, cover and let it boil at low speed for around 10min
3.- In a flat counter add the flour and shape it into a volcano, making a little hole in the middle, add the salt around it, in a separate small glass add water to the middle of the glass and add the teaspoon of yeast, wait a few 30min until you notice that it is foamy and add it in the middle of the flour where you made the hole, then gradually add the water until a homogeneous dough is left without sticking in your hands, form a ball and put it in a bowl and cover with a bag without letting air in let it rest and wait 1 hour
4.- When it is ready, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, take the first one and flour the counter so that it does not stick, place the dough on the counter and begin to stretch with a rolling pin until it is well stretched
5.- We place the dough already stretched on our tray, you can adapt the shape of the pizza to your preference, the tray can be rectangular or round, and we add the sauce without leaving blank spaces, and with the grated cheese we add to the pizza without leaving blank spaces, be careful you can make the pizza to your liking, you can add small diced tomatoes on top without leaving blank spaces, add ham, bacon, corn. I made it simple
6.- put in the oven for 20min
