I want to share a new recipe with everyone. I call it the dates fruit oat milk. How to make it is very easy and it doesn't take long to cook it.
Before starting to share recipes, I want to explain a little about these dates fruit. This fruit comes from Arabia. In Indonesia itself, it is very easy to find this fruit during the month of Ramadan like now. The benefits of dates include freedom from constipation problems, indigestion, heart problems, anemia, sexual dysfunction, diarrhea, abdominal cancer, and other conditions. Dates are also very good for gaining weight. Dates are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. To be honest I don't really like dates because they taste too sweet.
This time I tried to experiment by mixing dates with other nutritious food ingredients such as milk and oats. As we all know that milk and oats are healthy foods.

Step 1
Take some dates and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Put the oats and milk in the saucepan that will be used for cooking.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat, stirring well.
Step 4
After boiling, add the dates and mix well. After that, turn off the stove. Then pour the food into the bowl.
Here comes our healthy breakfast, dates fruit oat milk.
