FRIED CASSAVA
Since childhood I lived with my grandparents in the village. My grandparents were farmers. They grow various kinds of crops such as corn, rice, soybeans, etc. But the most widely planted is cassava. Cassava is like a staple food for us. Cassava can also be processed into various foods. But, most often my grandmother makes fried cassava. Almost every day my grandmother fried cassava to accompany tea at breakfast. Not only for breakfast, but sometimes also as a snack at night while watching television. If I could turn back time, I would like to go back in time. Those were the happiest times in my life. Now, my grandparents are gone. All I can do is remember my memories with them. Every time I make fried cassava, I always think of them. Even as I write this, I can't hold back my tears.
I'm sorry, I talk too much. This is a very easy snack to make, but I still wanted to share with you guys how to make it. I hope you will like it. let's start!
