Stir-fried Spicy Chicken with Petai

I'm finally back. Of course I'm back with a new recipe to share with you guys. Before that I want to ask, how are you guys? I hope you all are in good health.
The new menu recipe that I will share is spicy chicken stir fry with petai. Previously I've discussed petai, but for those of you who missed it, don't worry because I will explain a little. Petai is a type of grain that is green and has a strong odor. Usually we will have bad breath after eating petai. But don't worry because the smell will go away after you brush your teeth. Although the petai has a bad smell, the taste is not bad. You have to try it yourself to know how it tastes. I myself am a fan of petai.
I think that's enough discussion about petai, it's time for us to talk about recipes. All right, let's get started!
The Ingredients
- 300gram Chicken breast
- 1 piece Petai
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 cloves shallots
- Chilies (According to your taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered broth
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 Lemongrass
- 1 little ginger
- 2 lime leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 scallion
How to cook it?
- Boil the chicken then shred
- Peel the petai and then cut in 2
- grind the garlic, shallot, chili and ginger
- Chop the lemongrass
- Heat the oil then fry the ground spices, chopped lemon grass, bay leaves and lime leaves
- Add petai, then stir well and stir-fry until the spices are fragrant and the petai wilts.

- pour little water, then add spices.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Cook until the water absorbs into the dish.
- serve on a plate
