Churros with chocolate / Churros con chocolate. [ENG-ESP]

Good evening my beautiful people today I wanted to make a different snack for my family and I thought of making some churros and to make them not so basic I sprinkled them with chocolate, here is the recipe, they are really delicious.

Buenas noches mi gente bella hoy quise hacerle una merienda diferente a mi familia y se me ocurrió hacer unos churros y para que no quedaran tan básicos los rocié de chocolate por aquí les dejo la receta de verdad que quedan deliciosos.

En una cacerola se coloca el agua y se pone a fuego lento luego se agrega la mantequilla y se va removiendo hasta que se disuelva por completo.

Para hacer el chocolate se agrega en una cacerola el agua, el azuzar, el cacao y la mantequilla y por último la harina disuelta en agua esto para darle es espesor se va echando poco a poco sin dejar de mover al verlo espesar se apaga el fuego y se sigue removiendo hasta que este frio si se deja de remover se enfría y se le hacen grumos.

Se calienta bien el aceite, se fríen y luego se dejan reposar y por último se le agrega el chocolate por encima.
