When working in a corporate industry, you tend to get bored and just file a resignation and let fate find its way. That's what I did— resigned. It wasn't easy at first, but believe it's much better than to cramped yourself for a deadline reports.
I loved to eat, and I really don't have the passion in cooking, but I was eager to made my own business in food industry. Together with my siblings, we come up with the idea of Silogan (Term used for a meal with an egg and fried rice.) Egan's Silogan named after my Dads nickname, his not dead don't worry.
Maybe I don't have the passion in cooking, but I wanted to be recognize as one of the best Spicy Sisig in our place. And I want our Siligon to be known as one of the best food you could ever taste. From regular dish, I tried to innovate and make my own version of Sisig (Filipino Dish made of pig's face and chicken liver.) For now we are aiming to get our own store and not just online service
