There are lots of trees of jacfruit in my law and maternal uncle's garden. It is a fruit that can be eat in both ways ripe and unripe. The upper part (husk) of jacfruit has lots of spiky hence people don't eat it. While all insiders substance are eatable in various ways. Today I am going to show you the seeds, husk of seeds. First you look that then I will tell something more about those.
The seeds of jacfruit is solid and it is covered with white colour husk but both are being eating by humans. Many people like to eat husk as vegetables and just mixing with Grams powder and fried.
The preparation whatever you have seen on above images is for fry. As you can see family members are removing unnecessary husk from it and separating seeds and its husk. After preparation only husk of seeds will be used and seeds will be also used later on. First seeds will get dry from sunlight for two three days.
It was unrippe jacfruit present but I will try to produce ripe jacfruit preparation too later one.
