Hola Hola Hola, hoy le traigo unos Sspaguettis en Salsa Boloñesa. Este menú lo preparo cuando estoy apurada, no me toma mucho tiempo y a todos les gusta en casa.

Ingredientes

3 Cucharadas de aceite
500 Gramos de Spaguetti
3 litros de Agua
Sal al gusto
400 Gramos de Carne molida
3 Aji
1 Cebolla mediana
1 Tomate mediano
1 Pimentón mediano
1/2 cucharadita de curcuma
Queso al gusto

PREPARACION

1. Colocar las 3 cucharadas de aceite en un sarten o caldero, cuando esté bien caliente se agrega la carne revolviendo constantemente para que no se formen grumos.
2. Licúa en 1/2 taza de agua el tomate, cebolla, ají y pimentón.
3. Cuando la carne tome color marrón, incorpora la mezcla previamene licuada y revolver.
4. Cuando rompa el hervor, se agrega sal al gusto y la 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma, revolvemos, tapamos y dejamos consumir a fuego lento.
   5 en una olla se coloca 4 litros de agua con sal al gusto, tapar y dejar hervir.
5. Una vez que hierva se agregan los spaguettis, particulamente los parto a la mitad. Revolver
6. Cuando los spaguettis estén al dente, se apaga y cuela
7. Servir, rociar con queso de su preferencia y disfrutar.

Algunas personas le agregan mayonesa, salsa de tomate y hasta mostaza.

PREPARATION

1. Blend the tomato, onion, chili bell pepper and paprika in 1/2 cup of water.
2. When the meat turns brown, add the previously blended mixture and stir.
3. When it comes to a boil, add salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, stir, cover and let it simmer.
4. In a pot, place 4 liters of water with salt to the taste, cover and let it boil.
