Hola mis apreciados lectores de Hive, me da gusto saludarles y desearles un hermoso fin de semana.
Les cuento que anoche estaba yo muy contenta pues quería preparar un rico postre con coco, los cuales había adquirido en la mañana en el supermercado, pues en el mercado cercano no encontré, así que mi antojo era tan grande que busque hasta encontrarlos.
Mi sorpresa fue que en la noche ya cuando me disponía a prepararlo sorpresa, al abrirle el huequito para sustraer esa rica agua que suelen traer esta estaba con un mal sabor, presurosamente abrí los otros dos y sorpresa estaban completamente dañados.
Fue muy frustraste, me enoje mucho de lo cual hoy me río pues esto es algo que por mas experto que seas no puedes ir en contra de la naturaleza.
Seguí todas las recomendaciones que suelen dar de que muevas el coco y si este se le escucha liquido esta bueno e allí la mentira 1 o mito no real.
De que si pesa y escuchas el liquido esta bueno... mentira 2.
Realmente es un enigma saber si un coco esta bueno o no solo lo sabrás cuando lo partas.
Deje todo en la cocina y me puse a buscar en internet que hacer con un coco rancio, dañado, tenia la leve esperanza de que si podía sacarle algún provecho pero ¡no! hasta ahora no se ha inventado nada bueno al menos en Google no sale nada.
Pero no soy de las que se da por vencida fácilmente así que me acosté a dormir dejando todo tal cual en la cocina como pidiéndole al mago de oz que arreglara mis cocos y que amanecieran hermosos, frescos,(me da risa) y soñé en la noche con ese postre que aun añoro hacer y disfrutar.
Al amanecer todo estaba igual pero mi actitud era otra, decidí tirar la pulpa y raspas el contenido que tenia la cascara, y mi espíritu ecologista afloro como arte de magia, así que miren que si se le puedes dar un buen uso a ese coco rancio y viejo.
Aplicando el dicho que dice de lo malo saca lo bueno.
Hoy en mi mesa no hay postre pero si un hermoso adorno realizado con la cascará de coco el cual seguro estará presente en mis fotos de presentación cuando haga ese postre tan deseado.
