En esta oportunidad, lo hice con pasta corta, muy deliciosa para un sustancial almuerzo. Por aquí te muestro los pasos y los ingredientes que usé.

This time, I made it with short pasta, very delicious for a substantial lunch. Here I show you the steps and the ingredients I used.
INGREDIENTES:
Camarones
Calamares
Pulpo
Cebola, ají dulce, ajo, cebollín y ajo porro
Pasta de tomate
Puré de tomate
Sal al gusto.
Pasta corta.
Para acompañar: tajadas y pan tostado

Octopus
Onion, sweet chili, garlic, chives and garlic porro
Tomato paste
Tomato puree
Salt to taste.
Short pasta.

Pasos para la Elaboración.
Coloco en una olla grande los frutos de mar: camarones, calamares y el pulpo, lo dejo hervir y luego saco una porción de este caldo. Al enfriarse, los limpio muy bien y los pico en trozos pequeños.

Place the seafood in a large pot: shrimp, squid and octopus, let it boil and then take out a portion of this broth. When they cool down, I clean them very well and chop them into small pieces.
Por otro lado, los aliños los pico en cuadritos pequeños, y lo coloco en una olla para sofreír. Luego de esto le agrego el caldo que había reservado, y le coloco los frutos de mar. Dejándolo cocinar por unos minutos.
On the other hand, I chop the seasoning into small squares, and place it in a pot to fry. Then I add the reserved broth, and add the seafood. Let it cook for a few minutes.
Al rato le coloco la pasta de tomate y el puré de tomate. Verifico la sal. Y lo apago en pocos minutos.
After a while I add the tomato paste and the tomato puree. I check the salt. And I turn it off in a few minutes.
Por otro lado, coloco la pasta corta a cocinar, la dejo al dente.
On the other hand, I put the short pasta to cook, I leave it al dente.
Luego de colar la pasta, integro la salsa y cocino pocos minutos antes de servir.
After straining the pasta, I add the sauce and cook a few minutes before serving.
La presento con tajadas y pan tostado con mantequilla. Simplemente delicioso para el disfrute de toda la familia.
