La respostería es una de las actividades hogareñas que más me calma, aparte de que disfruto muchísimo de los resultados. El día de hoy en mi universidad decidieron dar las citas para inscripción, por tal motivo me sentí bastante ansiosa y decidí hacer un pequeño postre que pudiera relajarme, así que salí a la tienda a comprar un poco de chocolate, pero se me olvidó comprar algo escencial de esta receta: Los huevos. Entonces por "flojera" decidí no regresar a la tienda, sino aprovechar la oportunidad y hacer está receta sin huevos, la cual en mi opinión quedó DELICIOSA, por lo que tengo que compartirla con ustedes.

So because I was "lazy" I decided not to go back to the store, but to take advantage of the opportunity and make this recipe without eggs, which in my opinion was DELICIOUS, so I have to share it with you.

2 tazas de harina
1/2 taza de azúcar
3 cucharadas de mantequilla
3 cucharadas de aceite
2 cucharadas de leche (opcional)
2 cucharadas de vainilla
100g de gotas de chocolate (de tu preferencia)
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons milk (optional)
2 tablespoons vanilla
100g chocolate drops (of your choice)

We start by adding the sugar, butter and oil in a bowl, which we will beat until the mixture becomes whitish, then we will add the milk, which as I said is optional, and the vanilla.
Now we will start adding the two cups of flour, personally I decide to sift the flour before adding it, because I feel it gives a much smoother consistency to the dough. After this we will see that it becomes a little harder and here is where we will add our chocolate drops, in my case I used bitter chocolate, but you can use white, milk or the one of your preference.
Now that we have our mixture "ready", we will refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. After this time, we will take our dough out of the refrigerator, cut it into 4 equal parts, spread some flour on our table and extend the dough so that it is not too thin, this way we will avoid our cookies to be hard. Then we begin to cut them.
Now that they are cut, we place them on a previously floured tray and take them to the oven for 5 min. And ready, our delicious eggless cookies ready to eat.
