Hello Hiver's, how was your day so far? Anyway I wish your doing good and safe.
So today I'm gonna share with the banana muffins I made from the other day. My resources credit was being fully consumed that day, so I didn't get a chance to make any updates up to the past two days.
Here is my Banana muffins simple ingredients that I used.!
1 cup APF(All purpose flour)
3 Ripe Bananas
3 medium eggs
¾ cup of white sugar
½ tsp. of vanilla
The procedure was just too easy. First I smashed the Bananas using fork then set aside.
Next I combined the three eggs with the sugar then mixed until the stiff was formed. It takes about 8 minutes of mixing for me, then I put the vanilla.
After mixing, I then add all purpose flour to cut and fold.
When there's no more lamps I then transfer the batter to my alternative pan. I don't have pan for cupcakes and even cake's. I have them before but I left them in my in-laws house when we transferred here in our own house. So alternatively I just used this thing😁. This is actually part of our lunch box 🤣.
And because I also don't have oven at home I also used alternative way to cook my muffins. Using our gas stove and woke I preheated the woke then when it's already hot, I put inside my muffins.
As you can see I only use our woke to cook my muffins. I only set the fire into low so my muffins wont get burn.
After 30 minutes this is how my muffins looked like.
After one hour it's already looks like this. It's ready and I already turned off the fire and allow my muffins to cool down.
This was the lower part of my muffins, it's a bit burned and so I guess next time I wouldn't cook it for one hour. I think 45 minutes is enough.
This is all for today and thank you for reading ❤️.
