Había tomado chicha de yuca, pero nunca con cambur, invito a mis amigos que la preparen y luego comenten que tal les pareció. Es muy rica y si le agregan un poco de vainilla, queda un sabor exquisito, que provoca tomársela toda.
La chicha de yuca es un alimento nutritivo, tiene vitamina B , ademas es un antioxidante y energética, cuando nuestro cuerpo lo sentimos sin animo o pesado o tenemos flojera la tomamos y nos activamos, eso si , no se agrega mucha azúcar, ya que el cambur es dulce.

Ingredientes:
Medio kilo de yuca sancochada.
2 cambur.
Media taza de azúcar
Media taza de leche.
Un chorrito de vainilla (opcional)
Ingredients:
Half a kilo of parboiled yucca.
2 cambur.
Half a cup of sugar
Half a cup of milk.
A dash of vanilla (optional).
Procedimiento:
Picar en pedazos pequeños la yuca y el cambur.

Agrega a la licuadora agua, luego poco apoco vas colocando dentro un poco de yuca con cambur para que vaya licuando.
