Hello beautiful community of Hive today I am very happy because I bring you this recipe that is very traditional in my family, easy to make and super divine, I am sure that as soon as you try it you will fall in love with these rich mandocas for its sweet and salty flavor.
Before starting with this recipe I want to tell you that besides being very delicious its ingredients are also healthy, first we have the papelón which is natural and provides us with vitamins necessary for our body as opposed to white sugar that only provides us with empty calories. Also the sweet anise is anti-inflammatory and analgesic, eating it helps us with our digestion, combat constipation and strengthen our immune system, that means that consuming it is great for our body.
And believe it or not, white cheese also has its benefits such as vitamins A and D, both of which help the body absorb calcium to keep our bones and teeth healthy. Remember that everything in excess is bad, it is always suggested to eat moderately.
