Feliz y bendecido día amigos Hiver´s, espero se encuentren muy bien, con mucho ánimo para iniciar un nuevo mes. Los saludo con mucho cariño desde Colombia. Hoy les comparto una nueva receta, se trata de un delicioso almuerzo que esta compuesto por arroz, carne en tiras con cebolla y tomate, plátanos al horno y lentejas.

Today I share with you a new recipe, it is a delicious lunch that is composed of rice, meat in strips with onion and tomato, baked bananas and lentils

Empezamos remojando las lentejas, se le coloca un poco de bicarbonato para limpiar las impurezas de la misma mientras se remojan. Luego se lavan muy bien, se colocan en una olla con considerada agua para dejarlas ablandar.	We start by soaking the lentils, a little bicarbonate of soda is placed on it to clean the impurities from it while they soak. Then they are washed very well, they are placed in a pot with considered water to let them soften.

Corto cebolla, ajo, pimentón y rallo zanahoria, lo pongo a sofreír. Una vez blandas las lentejas y sofrito los aliños se lo colocas a las lentejas y sal y dejamos cocinar hasta estén listas.	I chop onion, garlic, paprika and carrot grated, I put it to fry. Once the lentils are soft and the seasonings are fried, add it to the lentils and salt and let them cook until they are ready.

Para realizar el arroz, lavamos una o dos veces el arroz, en una olla arrocera lo colocamos y le ponemos un poquito de aceite, sal y el agua y dejamos que se haga. Para hacer la carne, la cortamos en tiras y cortamos bastones de zanahoria, aros de cebollas y aros de tomate. En una salten, colocamos la zanahorita con un poco de agua para que ablande un poco, luego le agregas la cebolla y la carne con poco aceite dejas sofreír. Por último le agregas sal y el tomate y a fuego medio dejas cocinar.	To make the meat, we cut it into strips and cut carrot sticks, onion rings and tomato rings. In a pan, we place the carrot with a little water so that it softens a little, then you add the onion and the meat with a little oil, let it fry. Finally you add salt and tomato and let it cook over medium heat.
