gefüllte Paprika mit Hackfleisch als Beilage Reis und Tomatensoße
Zutaten
- 4 Paprikaschoten
- 500 g Hackfleisch (gemischt oder Rind)
- 1 Zwiebel
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 100 g Reis
- 1 Ei
- 2 EL Tomatenmark
- 500 ml Brühe (Gemüse oder Fleisch)
- Butter und Mehl zum Andicken der Soße
- Petersilie
- Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Zucker

- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g rice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 500 ml broth (vegetable or meat)
- Butter and flour for thickening the sauce
- Parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, and sugar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the rice in a pot of water until done.
- Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the egg, onion cubes, chopped garlic clove, and cooked rice. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- Fill the bell peppers with the minced meat mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Dissolve the tomato paste in the broth and pour over the bell peppers.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, make a roux from butter and flour and use it to thicken the sauce.
- Chop the parsley finely and add it to the sauce.
- Remove the stuffed bell peppers from the oven and serve with separately cooked rice.
