Hello community, I do not know if it has happened to you, where we have days when we wake up sad and melancholic and more today remembering two loved ones who are gone, my aunt and grandmother Graciela, so today I want to share with you this delicious soup that I learned from my grandmother, she was for us our second mother, she raised us as if we were her children with love and at the same time with a firm hand, and thanks to her today we are who we are.
My grandmother who we affectionately called MAMA, we were her only grandchildren who called her that, she was a fighter, hard worker, who was never afraid of anything and since she was a little girl she used to put me in her kitchen to teach me all her recipes and secrets; this rich chicken soup I always make it in her style where in each dish she put that spark of love and seasoning, it brings me many memories to elaborate it because a few months ago we lost a dear aunt who we all called MAITA, my aunt got sick overnight, and with only one kidney she had, she got a strong infection, she hid all her symptoms and ailments to not worry anyone because she said that with the situation in the country where we were going to get money for her medicines, she was already sick and the only thing she asked was to eat soup and juice, which she asked me to make them for her because she said they were the soups that she made (MAMA), my grandmother pleased her until the end with her soups and today it makes me very melancholy to prepare them because it makes me remember her and her words.
Well I hope you like this rich chicken broth in the style of my grandmother, with her very particular touch of adding corn dumplings, she said that they could not miss because it gave that rich taste which differentiated it from the others, a recipe to which I transmitted all my love and secrets taught by MAMA.
Thank you very much I hope you like this beautiful story, Blessings to all ...

Preparation:

First; we chop the chicken, season it and season it to take it to stew, then we add water with the vegetables and let it boil, add the spices, oregano, cube, and coriander.
After it is cooked we add water with the vegetables and let it boil, we add the spices, oregano, cube, and coriander, cover and let it soften the vegetables.

Next, add 2 ears of corn chopped into 4 pieces, cover and let it loosen with the vegetables; while kneading 2 cups of corn flour with a pinch of salt and water; once the dough was ready, form the dumplings which I grabbed a little of the dough and pressed with my fingers to give it that particular shape; then add them to the soup and cover again for 10 minutes to turn off and serve.

and this is how this rich and provocative chicken soup in my grandmother's style turns out, don't hesitate to make it. Thanks for reading... The published photos are of my authorship, taken from my Alcatel Tetra cell phone and then were edited by the Canva program.
