Buen d铆a comunidad@foodies, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta rica y saludable crema de auyama. Es un alimento que refuerza nuestras defensas, tiene propiedades antioxidantes como la vitamina C y E ; necesarios para llevar una vida sana, sobre todo en estos tiempo de pandemia donde debemos tener nuestro organismo fuerte para poder combatirlo. Regularmente mi abuela materna la realizaba para mantener controlado su colesterol y presi贸n arterial. Hoy quise recordarla realizando esta rica y sencilla.
Preparacion:
Dicha cocci贸n se debe llevar a fuego medio alto de 15 a 20 minutos, se le agrego papa y zanahoria para darle mas valor nutricional a nuestra crema, ya que la zanahoria es rica en vitamina A y la papa es antiinflamatoria. Pasado el tiempo de cocci贸n dejar reposar para luego licuar y formar as铆 la crema y servir. 馃構
