Pineapple Seasoned Gourami
Ingredients
3 medium sized gourds
clean up
2 tsp salt
2 pieces of lime, take the water
Sauce:
2 tbsp oil for frying
5 thinly sliced red onions
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
5 red chilies, seeds removed

6 tbsp chili sauce

Salt to taste
How to make:
Cut the left and right sides
gourami, coat with water
lime and salt.
Leave it for 15 minutes.
Fry in hot oil

Pineapple Sauce:
Saute onion and white bowang until fragrant, add red chili slices, tomato sauce, chili sauce,

Pineapple SOUS.

Tips: use cooking oil many and cover
the entire surface of the fish.
Use medium heat and don't flip the fish before really dry so that the fish skin doesn't crumble.
