Hola querida comunidad de #Hive, y #Foodiesbeehive, espero se encuentren muy bien. En el día de hoy les comparto el proceso de un rico hervido de costilla y mondongo (a la leña) que hice en familia, muy práctico y delicioso... Espero les guste!
Para hacer el hervido me acompañaron mis dos hijos, mi hermana (que estaba de cumpleaños) y mi cuñado!

Proceso / Process
Primero que nada se pela la verdura (muy bien), luego procedemos a lavarla
First of all, the vegetables are peeled (very well), then we proceed to wash them
Luego se acomoda el fogón para ablandar las costillas, rabo, mondongo y las verduras
Then the stove is arranged to soften the ribs, tail, tripe and vegetables
Procedemos a colocar todo lo seleccionado en la hoya para que se vaya ablandando
We proceed to place everything selected in the hole so that it softens
Después que se haya ablandado todo, le colocamos los aliños ya picados
After everything has softened, we put the seasonings already chopped
Removemos muy bien, y le colocamos la sal (al gusto)
We stir very well, and add the salt (to taste)
Para finalizar solo tenemos que esperar que los aliños y la sal agarren gusto, junto con las verduras y lo demás!
To finish we just have to wait for the seasonings and salt to take on flavor, along with the vegetables and the rest!
