Omelet made using lamb-foot Chenopodium album and wood sorrel Oxalis stricta

While walking around my in-law's house I found a lot of lamb-foot and wood sorrel plants. I picked some to use in an omelet for breakfast.
used:
3 eggs
1 spring onion
1 small piece of broccoli
some American mixed spices
1/3 tsp salt
2 pinches of black pepper.
1 tbsp grated cheese
3 tsp oil
hand full lamb foot
1 tbsp chopped sorrel.
Chopped spring onion, lamb foot, broccoli,
whisked eggs used pepper salt and cheese.
In a skillet added 1 tsp oil and added spring onion.
Cooked onion until got brown.
In the same pan stirred lamb foot, sorrel, and broccoli. and stirred for 2 minutes.
Mixed cooked greens and onion in the egg batter including spice mix.
In a skillet brushed some oil and poured omelet batter.
After 3 minutes flipped it other side.
Cooked another 3 minutes and the omelet was ready. cut with a spatula.
And shared with 4 people
