I would like to share with my foodies bee hive community, my food critiques on the Japanese food I tasted about 2 weeks ago here in General Santos City, my hometown, and it still lingers on my palate.
The restaurant was named Robata, situated at SM Mall of GenSan, Groundfloor and if you'd like to visit our city, you can try their cuisines to verify my words.
Here are some ravishing pictures of California Maki, Pork Ramen, and Tonkatsu in Curry Sauce.
The California maki is balanced with a bit of sweetness, citrusy and creamy flavor all in one bite and tasted like heaven.
Here in GenSan, I find it hard to find ramen that would meet my expectations, especially on its broth. And this one nailed my palate!
Tonkatsu in Curry sauce, a pork chop elevated by its curry sauce, and there's no tonkatsu same as this one!
And the total package resulted in a bigger belly!
Thank you to our servers that night and to the chef who prepared our food delectably ❤️
Thank you foodies bee hive for warm welcome to the community. More Powers!
