Good evening friends.l want to share our locally cooked Nigerian Rice with us.This local rice is cooked with vegetables which is very rich in vitamins and other nutrients needed by body.We can use it to entertain guests in different Ceremonies and festivals. It is recommended to be eaten by all ages most especially elderly people because it checks blood sugar and high blood pressure due to the local contents.
The recipe used in cooking it are:
- Vegetables such as pumpkin leaves,scent leaves, carrots,cuccumber, fresh pepper,bay leaves etc.
- Ibat (bongafish)
- Crayfish (both fresh and dry)
- Tomatoes (fresh and dry)
- Onions, garlic and ginger etc.
