Holaaa, buenas tardes querid@s qmig@s. Espero se encuentren muy bien. Hoy vengo a compatirles una rica receta de galletas f谩ciles y econ贸micas. 鈽猴笍鉂わ笍
鉂わ笍Ingredientes:
-Una cucharada de mantequilla 馃
-Tres cucharadas de az煤car
-Un huevo 馃
-Una cucharada de vainilla
-Tres tazas de harina de trigo
鉂わ笍 Preparaci贸n:
Paso 1: Echamos la cucharada de mantequilla junto con la az煤car en un bol y mezclamos bien hasta que est茅 suave.
Paso 2: Con la mantequilla y la az煤car suavecita, echamos el huevo y seguimos mezclando.
Paso 3: Ya con todo bien mezclado vertemos la harina y juntamos, cuando sea imposible batir con la cuchara, procedemos a amasar muy bien hasta dejar un masa suave. La dejamos reposar unos 20 minutos y procedemos a estirar muy bien la masa para sacar las lindas formas del molde de galletas.
Cuando las formas ya est茅n listas, las llevamos al horno y le ponemos 15 minutos a 320掳.
