Today I have shown you how to make a fun hilsa roast recipe. You may all be aware of the national fish Hilsa of Bangladesh. Padma river hilsa fish has a different name all over the world. Today I will share with you the hilsa fish roast recipe. Which I made with my own hands.
Today at seven o'clock in the morning, I went to the market to shop. I went to the market and bought a hilsa fish from 1200 gm . The hilsa fish was quite beautiful to look at. I brought home the shiny hilsa fish. Then I made a little arrangement to cut it. I cut the fish, washed it well with clean water and put it in a basket. As if the excess water is removed from the fish. Leave about 10 minutes like this.
After 10 minutes
When water has leaked from the hilsa fish pieces. I mixed turmeric powder and some salt with them. Then I took some soybean oil in a pan to fry the pieces of hilsa fish. When the oil got hot, I put the fish pieces in it. I picked the fish and put it on a plate, for a while.
Ingredients:
** Hilsa fish - 4 pieces
** Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
** Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
** Onion paste - 2 teaspoons
** Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
**Chili powder - 1 teaspoon Like salt-white
** Pepper - 7/8 sliced
** Onion crumbs - about 1 cup.
** Tomatoes - Three to four pieces.
** Soybean and mustard oil - like quantity
** Oyster Sauce - 1 tsp
** Fish sauce -1 tbsp
Cooking methods,
I put a frying pan in the gas stove. I put some oil in it. Then I gave onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste with whole spices. I started shaking them. When the onions and spices turned brown. Just then I gave the tomatoes. Then I covered it with a lid for a while.
I put the fish pieces in the pan. Again I left the pot for a while.
After keeping it like this for 5 minutes, my hilsa roast recipe was ready. Then served with hot rice for meals. I ate myself. It was a lot of fun. All of you are invited to come but.
