Hello everyone, today will present the fennel couscous recipe the tunisian kerkeneh way .
Everything here is natural and biological.
We have two parts in this recipe we will cook :
1- the couscous and fennel on one side.
2- the sauce on the other side.
First we need a little fennel from the garden.
Then we're going to bump up the octopus and then clean it up.
1- Clean the fennel and coriander and put them in the couscoussière .
We take the couscous and wet it with water. Leave it until it dries, then move it and put it on top of the vegetables.
2- Now we go to preparing the sauce.
