Who loves street foods here?
Apparently my youngest brother Angelo just arrived this afternoon from Davao City. He just want to relax for a few days here in my place before he will get busy this coming December. His a freelancer since he stop working abroad from Japan.
He tell me that his craving a chicken proven/proben. It is a type of street food popular in some regions in the Philippines. It consists essentially of the proventriculus of a chicken, dipped in cornstarch or flour and dipped-fried.

We go to the public market because mostly the vendors of street foods was there. Many choices if you want some siomai, corn, banana cue and a lot more. The whole place smells so yummy hehehe, our hungry tummy started to rumbleš¤£.

A lot of vendors been selling in that corner so better to prepare a lot of money if you want to eat a lot hehehe. It's quite expensive now. The chicken proben/proven is 5.00php then it cut into small pieces. We try also the fishball, so yummy especially the sauce. Our hungry tummy been solved although it's not good to our health but we just eat only if we just craved.
