Querida y hermosa comunidad hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi primera vez en un festival de parrilla en Argentina, para ponerlos en contexto Argentina es un país que es catalogado por tener una de las mejores carnes del mundo, razón por la cual decidimos aventurarnos y comprobarlo con nuestros propios paladares.

Dear and beautiful community, today I want to share with you my first time in a barbecue festival in Argentina, to put it in context Argentina is a country that is cataloged for having one of the best meats in the world, which is why we decided to venture and check them with our own palates.

El evento se llevó a cabo en el Hipódromo de Palermo ubicado en la Capital Federal de Ciudad de la Furia como decía Gustavo Cerati, un lugar dispuesto para el esparcimiento y recreación de todos.

The event was held at the Palermo Racetrack located in the Federal Capital of the City of Fury, as Gustavo Cerati used to say, a place set up for everyone's recreation and leisure. 

Así que al llegar al lugar nos recorrimos todo el festival para ver las distintas opciones que ofrecían entre ellas nos encontramos con muchos food truck destinados a ofrecer: sandwich o hamburguesas de bondiola ahumada, vacío ahumado, cordero braseado, costillitas de cerdo a la barbacoa, anchuras y mas.

So when we arrived at the place we walked around the festival to see the different options offered, among them we found many food trucks offering: smoked bondiola sandwiches or burgers, smoked vacuum, braised lamb, barbecued pork ribs, anchovies and more. 

Me gustó mucho que incorporaran a la propuesta gastronómica opciones veganas, tequeños venezolanos, papas fritas, helados y chocolatería.

I really liked the fact that they incorporated vegan options, Venezuelan tequeños, chips, ice cream and chocolates. 

Aquí ya habíamos pedido nuestra comida y estábamos a la espera para comer pero lamento decirles que no le tome fotos a mi sándwich lo único que les puedo decir es que estaba mega delicioso, después de recorrer todas las opciones me fui por uno de bondiola ahumada, con mousse de ciboullete, rucula y tomate cherry una verdadera explosión de sabores.

Here we had already ordered our food and were waiting to eat but I am sorry to tell you that I did not take pictures of my sandwich, the only thing I can tell you is that it was mega delicious, after going through all the options I went for a smoked bondiola, with ciboullete mousse, arugula and cherry tomato, a real explosion of flavors.  

Barriguita llena corazón contento, quedamos encantados con lo que probamos y realmente valió la pena ir vivir esta experiencia y para los que viven en Argentina y les entusiasma la idea pueden asistir todos los fines de semana en el hipódromo de Palermo.

We were delighted with what we tasted and it was really worth it to go and live this experience and for those who live in Argentina and are enthusiastic about the idea can attend every weekend at the Palermo racetrack.
