Today, I would like to introduce a simple but delicious way to eat rice cakes, which is often eaten in Japan during this season.
All you need to prepare is
・Mochi (rice cake)
・Soy sauce
・roasted laver
That's all you need to prepare.
Now, let's move on to cooking.
・1. Line the oven with aluminum foil.
※If you don't put something on top of the net, the rice cake will stick to the oven and it will be difficult to clean up.
・2. Bake the rice cakes for about 5 minutes, keeping an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
・3. Transfer the baked rice cake to a plate.
・4. Pour soy sauce over it.
・5. Roll up the seaweed.
・6. Add more soy sauce to the plate and eat while dipping.
