Hi Hive Lovers
If you claim to be a fruit connoisseur, of course you know the white guava fruit. Namely a fruit that has a crispy flesh, contains a lot of water with a slightly sour taste.
Usually you eat this fruit directly without mixing it with anything. However, there is another unique way to eat it. I just found the menu at a restaurant I subscribe to at lunch this time. Its name is WD Coffee, Tea & Resto.
The marketing manager, whom I know well, recommends him to all of their regulars, including one of them. At first I politely refused because I never liked this fruit even though I had eaten it before. But he was a little pushy by saying that I would regret it if I didn't try.
After trying a bite on the first piece of fruit, I was surprised by the very fresh taste. The taste is a mixture of cold fresh guava taste because it has just been taken out of the refrigerator, there is a spicy, sweet and slightly salty taste on the tip of the tongue.
I politely ventured asked what they did to make this guava fruit very fresh in taste. He didn't mind sharing his recipe with me at all, I joked by saying "isn't every recipe on every menu here a secret?" He just smiled broadly and half-whispered said in a low voice that he was only sharing it with me. I threw away the suspicion in my heart, "would every marketing manager say the same thing to every repeat customer?"
I feel very lucky because of the kindness of sharing the recipe and I am happy to share it here with you.
Processing it is very easy and simple;
(1) Provide some white guava fruit and wash it thoroughly, then peel the skin and cut the flesh of the fruit to the size you want.
(2) Provide some red chilies and green chilies. Adjust the spicy level you want and slice it into small pieces. In addition to giving a spicy taste, the combination of red and green chilies will enhance the appearance and will arouse the taste buds.
(3) Provide a few tablespoons of white sugar and salt to taste. Then sprinkle evenly over all parts of your white guava flesh.
(4) The last step is to stir all the ingredients evenly, make sure it hits all the pieces of the guava fruit and it will cause the flesh to be a little runny, then it is ready to be served. Very easy and simple, right?
Here's how it looks;
You can try it any time, but the marketing manager there suggested to me to enjoy it during the day because the fresh taste will be very pronounced.
