Had not really explored sour cream as I was more vegan a couple of years ago, but starting to turn toward 'traditional food making" like fermentations, kefir etc I may try to experiment with this then, since I love sauces and currys, until now my favorite is coconut milk but it's not always available hhh

Isn't sourcream from a fermentation process? Would be awesome to try to make it at home in that case 😍
