Hola a todos y muy buenos días,hoy quiero compartir con ustedes uno de los mejores inventos, se trata de galletas en paleta o paletas de galletas, me parece algo innovador, así que decidí hacer unas en forma de corazón, espero que les guste.
Hello everyone and very good morning, today I want to share with you one of the best inventions, it is about cookies on a palette or cookie popsicles, I find it something innovative, so I decided to make some heart-shaped, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes:
- 500gr de mantequilla.
- 500gr de azúcar.
- 1200gr de harina de trigo.
- 1 cucharada de vainilla.
- 2 huevos.
- Chocolate para derretir.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vanilla.

Lo primero que hice fue agregar la mantequilla en un bol junto con la azúcar, esto se batirá hasta obtener una consistencia cremosa, se le unirá luego la vainilla y los huevos, para seguir batiendo.
The first thing I did was to add the butter in a bowl along with the sugar, this will be beaten until a creamy consistency, then join the vanilla and eggs, to continue beating.
Poco a poco le fui agregando la harina mientras batía con una paleta ya que la consistencia se va endureciendo. Esto se lleva a la nevera por 15 minutos y al estar lista se estira, yo por falta de molde realicé uno con una botella de plástico.

Llevé al horno por 20 minutos a 180º, dependiendo del grosor de las galletas puede tardar menos o durar más.
