Espero que se encuentren súper bien esta noche, quiero compartirles unas pequeñas, fáciles, deliciosas y crujientes galletas de limón que realice esta tarde para la merienda de los bebés de la casa, admito que no tenía muchos materiales sin embargo trate que todo funcionará perfectamente para tener un delicioso resultado, espero de todo corazón les tanto como a mí, veamos todo este proceso

Preparación
Primero me lave muy bien las manos para luego en un envase fui incorporando poco a poco todos los ingredientes primero la mantequilla, la azúcar, 2 huevos y las ralladas de limón para luego con la batidora comenzar a mezclar todos los ingredientes e poco a poco moviéndolo mientras iba aplicando la harina de trigo, fui mandando hasta lograr una masa firme que no se pegara en las manos, aplaste en con un poquito de harina y le pase un rodillo, seguidamente realice las forma con la ayuda de un vaso y lo meto al horno por 15 minutos y listo
Preparation
First I washed my hands very well and then in a container I gradually incorporated all the ingredients first butter, sugar, 2 eggs and grated lemon and then with the mixer to start mixing all the ingredients and little by little moving it while I was applying the wheat flour, I was sending until a firm dough that does not stick in your hands, crushed with a little flour and pass a rolling pin, then make the form with the help of a glass and put it in the oven for 15 minutes and ready.
