Saludos amigos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de unos deliciosos helados que preparé ayer domingo por la tarde. Es una receta para nada complicada, súper sabrosa y refrescante. Espero les guste.
Ingredientes:
Leche 1/2 Litro
Azúcar al gusto.
2 Paquetes de 10 Galletas
Bolsitas de Helados.
Procedimiento:
En la licuadora colocamos medio litro de agua, 6 cucharadas grandes de leche entera y 4 cucharadas azúcar, licuámos bien. Luego agregamos un paquete entero de galletas, por lo general estos paquetes traen 10 o 12 galletas rellenas. Licuámos nuevamente durante 3 minutos de manera que quede bien mezclado todo. Y listo servimos en los envases, vasos o bolsitas, como prefieran presentarlos. Yo usé bolsitas de helados, aquí en Venezuela son muy populares este tipo de helados, les llamamos tetas.
Dato Delicioso: yo le pongo una galleta entera adentro al helado, así al comerlo encontramos la sorpresa de una galleta. Puedes colocarle la galleta en trozos o entera, igual queda delicioso.
